Kristin Burrill

Kristin Burrill

Kristin Burrill has served as Director of Asset & Investor Management at Orange Capital Advisors for the past six years, overseeing asset performance, investor relations, property operations, and strategic initiatives across the company’s multifamily portfolio. With more than 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry, she has worked across nearly every level of property operations, beginning her career in leasing before advancing through property management, regional management, and asset management. Her experience includes asset strategy, operational improvement, community design, marketing and oversight of third-party management partners. Kristin brings a hands-on operational perspective to asset management and is passionate about investing in her teams, creating exceptional communities through thoughtful branding and design, and developing strategies that enhance both the resident experience and investment performance.

Sheila Greene

Sheila Greene

Sheila Greene is the Chief Executive Officer of Rainey Property Management and a multifamily housing leader known for combining operational discipline with a people-first approach. Throughout her career, she has led organizations through growth, change, and complex operational challenges while developing leaders and building stronger systems. Sheila is also the founder of Breaking Barriers with Sheila, a leadership platform focused on helping people ask better questions, lead with courage, and turn insight into action. She is passionate about women in leadership, affordable housing, innovation, and using AI to help leaders work more thoughtfully and effectively.

Christine Espenshade

Christine Espenshade

I lead Newmark's Mid-Atlantic Multifamily team and am an expert in the sale of multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic region. I represent public companies, pension funds, and private owners in the sale of all types of apartment assets. I have sold more than $13 billion of assets in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. My expertise spans trophy quality, value-add, Section 8, Section 236 and LIHTC buildings.

Jennifer Clark

Jennifer Clark

Jennifer is the Multifamily Asset Manager for Rosewood Property Company. She is directly responsible for all multifamily community strategies and relationships with third-party management firms. Rosewood owns 15 communities throughout the US and will open an additional two communities before the end of 2026. Jennifer brings over 25 years of multifamily experience both at the corporate and onsite levels. She’s worked with firms such as Mill Creek Residential Trust, JPI, and Greystar prior to joining Rosewood. In her various roles, Jennifer was directly responsible for day-to-day oversight of asset performance including maximizing value through creative revenue growth and strategic expense control. Jennifer has overseen 35 community transactions contributing to the orderly and prompt ability to close. She is a 2013 CAPS designate with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. Jennifer was nominated for the AAGD Sapphire Awards as a Regional Manager of the Year and Property Supervisor of the Year in 2019 and 2020. Jennifer holds a CPM® designation from IREM. Jennifer studied Accounting and Computer Information Systems at the University of Texas at El Paso. Jennifer was elected to the Melissa City Council in 2021 and served until 2024.

She focuses heavily on driving revenue through targeted Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, skillfully leveraging data analytics to uncover upselling opportunities and maximize profitability. Thriving in dynamic environments, Denise is passionate about implementing innovative solutions that elevate the customer experience. She combines data-backed strategy with collaborative leadership to inspire teams, foster operational excellence, and drive sustainable corporate advancement.

Elizabeth Coble

Elizabeth Coble

As Chief Marketing Officer for Evans Management Group (EMG), Elizabeth Coble sets marketing and brand strategy across EMG's enterprise of vertically integrated companies: CF Evans Construction, Orange Capital Advisors, Palmetto Sitework Services, Santee Building Solutions, and TEC Equipment Rental. She owns brand positioning, communications, and go-to-market strategy across the platform, partnering with senior leadership to drive growth, deepen strategic partnerships, and elevate visibility across every business line. Before joining EMG, Liz served as Senior Marketing Director at Willow Bridge (formerly Lincoln Property Company), where she grew the Carolinas region from thirteen to more than seventy communities in four years. Her honors include SC Top Women in Business (2026), SC Biz's Top 100 Women (2026), NCHBA Marketing Professional of the Year for her work on Wilmington's Riverlights master-planned community (2020), Charleston Apartment Association Marketing Professional of the Year (2020), Lincoln Property Company Corporate Newcomer of the Year (2020), and was the proud recipient of the Willow Bridge People's Choice Award (2023). An NC State alumna and Carolina Panthers fan, Liz spends her free time cheering on her teams, pretending to be good at pickleball, practicing pilates, exploring national parks, and spoiling her mini goldendoodle, Chandler.
